The Problem

Nunik, Retno and Danang were born in a small village in Demak. We grew up watching how our parents struggled as farmers. Farming was not an easy path, but in our hearts, we knew it was a part of who we are

My older sister, Nunik, didn’t become a farmer right away. She worked in the hospitality industry, traveling to many places. But there, she discovered something unexpected—professional chefs struggled to find high-quality artisan products from local farmers

From her experience, Nunik saw a big opportunity. She realized that farming could be more than just survival—farming could be an art, a way to create high-quality products for the finest chefs in Indonesia

Break The Unfair

Eventually, Nunik decided to come back home and start from scratch. We worked together, building an artisan farming business in Bali and then in Bandung. With limited resources, we began our struggle to break the unfair distribution chains that disadvantaged farmers.

As our commitment to help chefs and bridge farmers, we have legalized our business as a limited company (PT). This ensures that everything we do is managed professionally and responsibly.

As our business began to grow, our youngest brother, Danang, joined us. Together, we not only built a business, but we also helped other farmers earn fairer and more sustainable incomes

Today, Novio Bali and Novio Bandung are not just businesses. They are about our family, our journey, and our hope for a better future for The farmers
